  • Demonstrating leadership by mentoring of others
  • Demonstrating a commitment to ethical business practices based on the IREM Code of Professional Ethics
  • Engaging in IREM, either directly or through support of employees, colleagues, and industry peers

ACoM® of the Year

Chapter 27 recognizes an IREM® ACoM who’s made a commitment to the Washington real estate management profession and made valuable contributions to enhance its future by:

  • Align business practices with IREM’s Best Practices for Real Estate Management Service
  • Demonstrate ethical business practices based on the AMO Code of Professional Ethics, and include these practices within its workforce
  • Support employee participation in IREM activities
  • Support employee professional development on industry-specific knowledge
  • Execute leadership development and soft-skill training for employees
